   The Biscuits

The Flathead Valley in Montana serves up LeftOver Biscuits. This five-piece band utilizes the traditional single mic performance, playing both traditional bluegrass and “grassed-up” popular tunes. This foot-stomping group keeps audiences entertained and amused with stories, jokes, and music. LeftOver Biscuits truly loves to play for an audience and has a way of involving everyone in the pure joy of making music. LeftOver Biscuits plays throughout the northwestern U.S. for festivals, fundraisers, weddings, and parties. Check out the Merchandise page for their three cd’s: “A Bakers Dozen”, “A Second Helping”, and “Still Cookin”. There's also other cool stuff for the avid collector.

   The Biscuits Boys

Rudy Urban
A founding member of “Leftover Biscuits” is Rudy Urban, banjo picker. The “story teller” sings lead on many of the traditional bluegrass songs and a few “Old Hippie” tunes as well. Anyone having this much fun should be watched closely!

Jim Sticka
On guitar and vocals is Jim Sticka, a cabinet and furniture maker from Woods Bay on Flathead Lake. Jim started pickin’ and strummin’ at 14 in his granny’s garage when his older brother’s band took breaks, using a plastic bread bag tab for a pick. Even after working with furniture wood all day he still enjoys strapping on the old flat top. When not crafting wood or playing music with the boys you can find him fishing the depths of Flathead Lake for the elusive Lake Trout.

Paul "The Fiddla"
Paul "The Fiddla" mysteriously appeared out of the back country of Idaho. He plays just about anything, from Bach to bluegrass. When the “Wild Man” cuts loose on his Montana made fiddle you can’t help but grin.

Chad Fadely

Playing mandolin with solid rhythm and a distinctive picking style is Chad Fadely. Chad has released several cd's of his own and we're glad to have him with us. You'll want to hear this picker!

Doyle Wells
Playing bass and singing harmony and a few lead vocals (which is always a crowd pleaser) is Doyle Wells. With a steady hand this renegade keeps the “Biscuits” train on it's winding track.
